If I loosen my window, will the bricklayer need access to the inside of my house for any reason?

I'm bricking a window in my bathroom up, as it would be in the shower. I need to get moving and would like to put the bath surround in. But I don't want to have to take it down should the bricklayer need inside. If I remove the screws, he wouldn't need inside, right? I'd ask him, but more…
